Criteriums on new house
- Close to the ocean, 20 mn maxi by foot
- station, town. hospital, doctors, shops 15mn maxi by foot
- new or renewed House
- easy to live in and a guest room with room shower in and each his own office.
- well surrounded
- window in bathroom
- pool at 20 mn by foot maximum
- movie idem
